Our minds instinctively resist change and 80% of all change begins between your ears. Thousands of thoughts go through our minds every day, and many are not helpful. These thoughts come with emotions and again many are not helpful. Thoughts and emotions combine to form our beliefs in ourselves and the world around us. You cannot live outside your beliefs.

We all have “vibes”. It’s our energy or life force. Our energy is affected by our thoughts and emotions. Others can sense our “vibes” or energy. And our energy also dictates what we attract. If you have doubts, anxiety, etc., you will attract things reinforcing those doubts and anxiety. This concept is fundamental to the Law of Attraction (LOA).

I believe in the power of the human mind and its ability to connect with the energy of the universe. I practice and teach mindfulness and the Law of Attraction (LOA). The energy you put out to the universe determines the results you will receive and how happy you will be. It’s all about feeling good and learning to shift or control those unhelpful thoughts and emotions.

It’s time to wake up and become who you truly are. Change how you see. See how you change. That’s the 80% rule.
